Prior to doing any interviews, have a list of potential guests and ask team members for suggestions for questions.
Research upcoming guest.
Plan questions with guest beforehand.

Hello to guest and ask for some background info for audience.
Ask about current projects if applicable.
Talk about recent WordCamp activity and WordPress TV videos.
Ask guest about their use or recommendation of WordPress TV.
