Hi there!
4.8-rc-1 has been released in the Google Play Store.
We worked on a new theme picker for your WordPress.com sites. You can browse, search, preview and customize your theme from the app. We also added support for full backups. If you’re using the app on a Android 6.+ device, you won’t have to login again. All your data are backep up and automatically restored on install, that means if you uninstall the app or buy a new device, your data (credentials, local drafts, preferences) will be restored when you install WordPress.
We also fixed a few bugs: a Geolocation issue when updating a published post, loading private images in comments now works, published notifications are now dismissed on tap or on share.
