We’ve been experiencing weird behavior on ja.wordpress.org. For example, this page turns into a total white screen of death from time to time: https://ja.wordpress.org/2014/03/12/wordpress-3-9-beta-1/

If I’m logged in, I seem to run into this less often though. Could be something specific to my location. I’m connecting from Tokyo or using a proxy (US).
Also, when it does load, the homepage on mobile devices look pretty sad 🙁
