Hello. I would like to help translating WordPress into Maltese, my mother language. However, there are no editors for this project (https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/mlt/default/wp/dev/).
I’ve read on what needs to be done to put an editor in place and it seems the current GTE’s need to review the previous contributions etc. However, there are no previous editors in place.
How does the process work in this case, if I’d like to help with this, and if need be, be an editor myself?
