- Contributor Hour – Our First Contributor Hour will be on Aug 16 at 07:00 UTC and @Destiny will be the host. Destiny and I will be there to help you. This will be a zoom call and also run in slack for those who want to join async. Please join us on the contributor dayContributor Day Contributor Days are standalone days, frequently held before or after WordCamps but they can also happen at any time. They are events where people get together to work on various areas of https://make.wordpress.org/ There are many teams that people can participate in, each with a different focus. https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/getting-started/getting-started-at-a-contributor-day/. The zoom link will be shared 5 minutes before, when the contributor hour takes place.

Open Source **must be** delivered via a licensing model, see GPL. content management system, WordPress acknowledges the European Union’s initiative to bolster the cybersecurity of digital hardware and software products with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). The Act’s effort to counter the increasing threat of cyberattacks and promote informed usage of digital products with increased security updates and transparency is commendable.
