The themes team’s bi-monthly meeting is on August 22, 2023. On the same day, WordPress Community Summit is going to start in National Harbor, Maryland, USA. Many of the WordPressers, themes team contributors, and community leaders are already toward the summit. Because of that, the themes team is going to pause this meeting and our next meeting will be on the 12th of September.
What is the Community Summit?
The Community Summit is an intimate, in-person gathering of contributors from across the WordPress open-source project. The Summit provides a focused time for cross-project discussion, to move the project forward and improve it in whatever ways we are able.
WordCamp US
After the community summit, there will be WordCamp US as well. If you are attending WordCamp US, don’t miss to join the themes table on the contributor day to know about contributions to the themes. We are looking for contributors for community theme development as well as reviewing WordPress theme tickets.
Comment us below if you’ve anything to share.
Have a nice community summit and WordCamp US.
