Summary of meeting from Feb 11, 2010:
- Menus are going to be handled by the integration of WooThemes Custom Navigation into core. Comments on the patch should be made on the trac ticket when it’s uploaded.
- Tabs on the Themes screen has bigger implications re applying to additional screens, will probably wait until 3.1 to go or it since freeze is next week.
- We need a styleguide for the WP admin so that plugin authors and theme authors who include admin screens for options can more easily make their stuff look the same as WP. TECannon and Gaston_ have voluntered to take a crack at starting a styleguide. They’ll post a link in the comments here by next week so it can be discussed then. Ultimately this should probably be one long HTML page we can link to from this blog, the plugin repo upload page, the Codex, etc.
- After 3.0 goes into freeze, we’ll hopefully have time to get working on a wordpress.org site redesign.
