Instead of regular meeting, the team held office hour and guided new contributors through the process.
The 6.8 release team announced that this release will focus primarily on being a polish and bug fix release and new features will be added if they are necessary. For this reason, the #docs team will be focusing on catching up with outstanding issues from previous releases.
These are the outstanding items from previous releases:

- WordPress 6.5 – all
- WordPress 6.4 – High priority
- WordPress 6.4 – all
- WordPress 6.3 – Medium priority
- WordPress 6.2 – all
