New content from WordPress.tv, which appears in its RSS feed, is automatically published to YouTube via Zapier. This content includes videos at their original quality, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags.
- All videos are posted with the Creative Commons license.
- Due to Google API limits, one video is posted roughly every 15 minutes. The total delay will depend on how many videos were uploaded recently.
- To avoid double-posting, do not upload directly to YT. Simply upload to WPTV and let the Zap push it to YT.
- Flagship event videos are excluded from this process and are instead manually edited and posted.
- All YouTube uploads automatically include a line in their description linking to the original content on WPTV.
