- Copyediting Updates
- @judylwh will take a look at the Forget Your Password lesson and add some quiz questions.
- Timeline for Tier 1 – @chanthaboune made an awesome Gantt chart!
- Click the little arrow to the right of the lesson plan title to see the chart. Things are listed by team/group responsible for it. Then there is the green check for content completion and a star for full completion.
- There are more lesson plans that will be mapped to the chart for Tier 1.
- Right now everything is in one round, additional things will be added as a second round.
- The chart for “Installing on a Server” is our most comprehensive look at how this all flows. It’s laid out by days to complete (though we know we mostly update weekly and hand off at that point).
- The group decided that there isn’t a dependency on test#1 for test #2 to happen and so on and that a week turn around time for feedback makes more sense. We estimate that the testing feedback submission and feedback incorporation will take a minimum of two weeks.
- From a timeline perspective, sticking points in getting testing data are getting feedback from the testers and then incorporating feedback back into the lesson plans.
- Other Things
- @chanthaboune will reach out to the Meetup organizers and those who have already offered to help test en masse to promote testing once we have a bigger batch of lesson plans.
- @chanthaboune will reach out to the JetPack/Woo people to get folks lined up to write those plans.
- @chanthaboune will update the timelines and will start to get the word out to Meetup/testing folks.
- @meaganhanes, @bethsoderberg, and @liljimmi coordinated to get the copy edited testing responses in Support Flow.
- @bethsoderberg will coordinate with @codente to get set up with lesson plan auditing of these plans.
