- Welcome
- Lesson plan updates
- @jillbinder‘s speaker lesson plans are nearly done. Once they are done, this will be our first complete “workshop” series.
- Testing updates
- Expect testing feedback on the lesson plan “The Loop” from @torlowski. There were some challenges while testing this recently, causing a delay in the meetup and change in testing plans. They will try again in January.
- Quarterly lesson plan audit
-
User Lessons – Any plans that are on this list that I don’t hear back from anyone on by next Tuesday will be opened up for others to work on.

Discuss training handbook outline. Do we move lesson plans out of Handbook? (see why it was moved to handbook)
- If so, where will lessons be housed?
- Pros & Cons:
- pros of leaving the lesson plans where they are:
- less work (don’t have to move them)
- maintain sidebar navigation for the lesson plans
- all documentation and all lesson plans stored in one content type
- can remediate some of the content type sameness through custom menus, but then URL structures may not be consistent
- cons of leaving the lesson plans where they are
- potentially confusing long term URL structure
- loss of sidebar menu
- pros of leaving the lesson plans where they are:
- Updates on making workshops from the lesson plans
- @juliekuehl will figure out which plans have been completed in the workshops that have been proposed and what the status of each plan is
