PTE Request for Hook2Go Notifications

Hello Polyglots team!

I am the plugin author for Hook2Go Notifications:

I have prepared and imported the Russian translations for the Stable Readme of my plugin. I would like to become a Project Translation Editor for this plugin and the Russian locale.

• #ru_RU @aleksman (@Aleksman)

I will follow the Russian locale glossary and style guide.

Thank you!
