The icons used in the mobile apps are extrated and adapted from two open source libraries – Genericons and Dashicons. The icons presented above are the ones found currently in the iOS7 WordPress App and will eventually make their way into the other platforms. These icons are made to represent the identity of WordPress more than the OS.
