I’ve found the Japanese localized version upgraded with entire WordPress (https://ja.wordpress.org/wordpress-3.5.1-ja.zip), not partial upgrade like the English version (https://wordpress.org/wordpress-3.5.1-partial-0.zip). Do we have to do an additional step or something to make it partial upgrade when we release the localized version? #upgradeLogin to ReplyTo-do
