2. Don’t let picking a topic slow you down!
   • Just remember: You don’t need to be an expert to host a group.  Online workshops are a place where everyone can learn together.  If you can’t answer a question, then someone else in the group can!  And if no one knows the answer, then everyone can find it out together.
3. Need some inspiration on what to talk about?  The Training Team has done the work for you!
   • Review lesson plans and scripts at learn.wordpress.org/lesson-plans
   • Review workshop videos that can be used for a watch party and discussion at learn.wordpress.org/tutorials
   • You can see which workshops have already had discussion groups and the turnout rates by visiting the MeetUp Events page.

   • What is WordPress looking for in a presenter and workshop?
     • Make sure to follow the WordPress Community code of conduct
       1. Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative.
       2. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.
       3. Be mindful of your surroundings and your fellow participants. 
       4. Participate authentically and actively.

5. You will hear back from the Training Team if you have been approved, if any additional information is required, or if your application has been declined.
