  • People of WordPress: @nalininonstopnewsuk shared that the scheduled October edition is on course. If you can help with the images for the November edition, please let Nalini know. There may be a slight change in the timetable to accommodate the originally planned September edition, which was ready but has been delayed publication due to external factors. Chloé and Nalini are looking at this. @meher noted that google docs do not always work for people with accessible needs and other communication methods have been needed with certain features to ensure inclusiveness.
Note from Nalini: it is important to note that this series which is inspired by personal HeroPress articles and there may be sensitive personal information in the original research and preparation for the People of WordPress feature which may need appropriate handling by those working on the feature and confirm what personal information is shared on WordPress.org/news. Personal email and phone numbers should also not be shared on GitHub.
