- Plugin support issues didn’t add up correctly. There was a hiccup in how resolved support threads were counted, especially if there hadn’t been any activity in the last two months. Dion dove into the code, ticketed the issue, and deployed a fix ensuring accurate display of resolved support threads
- Cookie consent: Adam Zielinski raised concerns about WordPress.org’s lack of a cookie consent modal and its legality, leading to a discussion with Jono Alderson, who expressed that the site is likely non-compliant with GDPR-adjacent legislation due to its lack of a consent framework and vague privacy policies.
