I’m the author of the plugin “NotifyKit for MAX Messenger and Contact Form 7”
and I’d like to request PTE rights for the Russian (ru_RU) locale to manage
translations of my own plugin and its readme.
The plugin integrates Contact Form 7 with MAX Messenger (a Russian messaging
service by VK), so the primary audience is Russian-speaking. I’m a native Russian
speaker and the plugin already ships with a complete ru_RU .po/.mo translation
prepared by me; I’d like to also approve the strings on translate.wordpress.org
so the plugin is shown as 100% translated in the directory and language packs
are delivered between releases.
