I’m looking for guidance on how to get proper support. I’ve translated a .pot file to pt-PT for wordpress core, and the translations are correctly saved, but they’re not being reflected in the emails I receive from the system (e.g. WooCommerce order emails).
I’d like to understand:
Is there a specific process I need to follow to make the translations apply to email templates?
Is this likely to be a cache or domain mapping issue?
