Thanks to everyone who attended last week’s HelpHub meeting (recap) – it was great to see so much interest from the community. For the next little while we will be holding weekly HelpHub meetings at the same time (Tuesdays at 13:00 UTC), so here is the agenda for this week’s meeting:

Meeting focus: Design, UXUX UX is an acronym for User Experience – the way the user uses the UI. Think ‘what they are doing’ and less about how they do it. & User Flow (although other items will be discussed as needed)

- Initial design decisions
- Finalising content planning tools
- TrelloTrello Project management system using the concepts of boards and cards to organize tasks in a sane way. This is what the make.wordpress.com/marketing team uses for example: https://trello.com/b/8UGHVBu8/wp-marketing.? Google Docs? Hackpad? Anything else?
