When Akismet activated it affects the avatarAvatar An avatar is an image or illustration that specifically refers to a character that represents an online user. It’s usually a square box that appears next to the user’s name. location at the comments page (wp-admin/edit-comments.php)

This problem occurs when using RTL layout. in my case it is ar language.
