I am a native Persian speaker and the plugin author. Persian translations are maintained in the plugin (languages/ninoxa-live-search-fa_IR.po) and submitted on translate.wordpress.org, following the official fa_IR glossary, correct ZWNJ usage, and standard Persian punctuation.
