This isn’t just a chance to meet face-to-face, though. We’re expecting teams to take advantage of this opportunity to talk about issue, review progress (or lack thereof), set goals, and have discussions that will improve the processes and output of the teams. Working on a specific project together that’s been neglected or hasn’t been prioritized so there’s also a tangible output from the meetup is expected. Each group should start talking about their potential agenda and project.
