Extend / Themes iteration 2

Following the patterns created for the Learn category (Learn, Forums, Developer Resources, Documentation), this visual refresh of the Theme Directory follows the same grids and structures to find shared DNA between. Presented here in both a “generic” version, featuring a basic header on the landingpage, and a more expressive one that embraces the style and purpose of the section. In both cases, give the prototype a click-through, as you’ll note the main difference is in the landing page.
List user patterns by category

Work in progress to allow you to categorize your patterns. PR.
Styling nested elements through inheritance

A PR is in progress to add nested elements styling, both through containers in the editor, and through theme.json
Audio component enhancements

All audio components are changing to the new spacing approach and revamping interaction styles according to the last design library changes. Audio results and the audio player will look cleaner and more consisten across pages.
Recent searches enhancements

In line with updates in the popover and modal components, the recent searches box will shift to a new style where search items can be deleted. The popover item spans new interactions that will be used in upcoming projects.
Lightbox

The approach centers around a global toggle for all images, with local overrides. You can combine these how you prefer, off by default with individual toggles on, or on by default, with individual toggles off. Issue.
Fonts & Google

To support the web-fonts feature bound for 6.4, it needs to be clear that fonts from the Google Fonts source are downloaded locally to your WordPress install, and served from your own server, as opposed to being served from Google’s servers. These mockups provide three levels of prominence for the notice. Issue.
Table design

First round of designs for an enhanced table component with features like filtering, view options, column options, bulk actions, and quick edits. Issue.
