I would like to humbly request more active attention towards the Urdu translations in the WordPress project. While the Urdu locale exists and some work has been done, many parts of the translation are still incomplete or outdated. Additionally, it appears that several editors for the Urdu locale are currently inactive or not contributing regularly, which is slowing down the progress significantly.
Urdu is spoken by millions of users, especially in Pakistan and surrounding regions, and having a complete, high-quality translation would greatly improve accessibility and usability for native speakers.
I would be grateful if you could:
1. Review and approve pending Urdu translations.
2. Consider appointing active contributors as editors or PTEs (Project Translation Editors).
3. Encourage community involvement to help complete the translation in a consistent and timely manner.
