The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/ – we use the same agenda for both meetings in order to include all time zones.

- Proposal: how to use this blog for discussions and task management. Deadline is July 22 so we have this meeting and the next one to keep discussing the matter, but please do not forget to comment and go through the posts to see if you want to “adopt” some ideas.
- Call for volunteers: Contributor Drives Document – in addition to weighing on the name of the events themselves, the document needs some tender love and care from our team to finalise the text and help Angela wrap up the project.
- Camptix Notify functionality – documentation review – Jonathan prepared the documentation after WCEUWCEU WordCamp Europe. The European flagship WordCamp event., please review it and add your comments before July 13th.
- Idea: Meetup Recap P2 – Pros and Cons of having a centralised place to post MeetupsMeetup Meetup groups are locally-organized groups that get together for face-to-face events on a regular basis (commonly once a month). - Proposal: existing documentation to be merged into the handbooks – We have a number of blog posts that could be merged into the documentation, what do you think?
