Ran a successful data refresh, adding +1,214,528 (+ ~0.2% Δ) images to Openverse
Closed the catalog v1.3.0 milestone.

Frontend exception handling PRs #1713 and #1707, which relate to #1605
Closed stale community PR #764
Media don’t have all the details when opened from related media section #1708 (this was updated in priority and assigned)
The Vue 2.7 update is ready for review: #1635
Catalog work will is focusing on the next milestone.

@olgabulat will begin testing the frontend memory leak with local profiling.
There’s a new post to brainstorm priorities for the Openverse project.
The next prioritization meeting will be held on Wednesday September 7th at 1500 UTC.
Some discussion on improving the prioritization meeting format:
- focus more on things we aren’t presently working on
- folks like the ‘jot down ideas and vote’ format
- From @fcoveram: I like the idea of dividing the meeting into 4 phases. Start the meeting with a canvas showing our current priorities, and: Part 1, share what we think should be priority; part 2, vote and talk; part 3, set the new priorities.
