Design update: Francisco (@fcoveram) is going away from keyboard (AFK) for a month and will have the header design done by the end of this week. The update includes the creation of several components, documenting the Figma file and recording a video explaining the change and its composition. Everything will be shared in the design issue.

- API’s CI/CD pipeline was fixed with the addition of a user for ingestion-server and indexer_worker containers
