[Updated November 2, 2022]
The weekly WordPress Marketing Team meeting will be held as an asynchronous meeting in the #marketing channel of the Making WordPress Slack on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 15:00 UTC.
For this week, agenda items will be shared from 14:00 UTC in the Slack channel as there is some confusion on the changes with daylight saving and to help anyone who may come early. Please note, the UTC time for this weekly meeting is not changing for daylight saving, though it may change for the timezone you are in. Asynchronous contribution is always welcome to the meeting in the day after it is held.
Please do participate in today’s meeting asynchronously by:
- adding your input or updates to each agenda item thread which will be shared in Slack. For this meeting, please avoid sending your message to the main channel as well as the thread. If you can not use threads for accessibility or device reasons, please add your update in the main channel, and include the agenda number your update relates to at the beginning of your update. This will also help people follow the discussion and the notetakers, reviewers and those providing GitHub assistance.
- GitHub is where updates on tasks / issues should be added. These can be highlighted in the meeting too. This makes it easier to track and follow-up, and helps those who can not make meetings.
- @nalininonstopnewsuk will go through the threads later in the day to give people an opportunity to update particularly if there is confusion about the timings with the changes in daylight saving.

How you can get involved with the planning and weekly meetings
Each meeting week has its own card on the Tasks board in the WordPress Marketing Repository.
You can add suggestions for the agenda, link to updates on GitHub tickets/ cards or Google documents.
You can give an asynchronous update on a task if you are unlikely to be able to attend the team meeting. The team works across the different time zones, and all contributions are very welcome. To add to a GitHub card, you just need to have a GitHub account, which is free to set up.
Thank you to contributors who have made suggestions and given feedback,
and assisted with updating the blog and GitHub cards.
Thank you to @webcommsat for assistance with accessibility and @lmurillom for updates.
