General Updates
@joedolson shared updates related to the upcoming WordPress beta period. The deadline is approaching, and enhancements need to be committed ahead of the beta. Additional help is welcome.
Design
@joedolson shared that design updates to WordPress core are in progress and will require accessibility review. While the basics are expected to be fine, there may be many details to check due to major CSS changes and the size of the admin interface.
Themes
@joedolson shared that he and @alh0319 presented updated accessibility-ready guidelines to the Themes team on Tuesday. The Themes team will review the updates and provide feedback within the next two weeks.
NOTE: If you’d like to have a topic added to the agenda for our next meeting, please mention it in the comments on an upcoming agenda.
Thank you, @joedolson for the pre-publish review.
