The Training Team uses different tools (including paid-for services) in some of its processes. Team administrators are trusted active contributors who serve the team with their access to these tools. Tools that require administrator access include:
- Adding users to the team blog, handbook, Learn, and GitHub group
- Helpscout
- Zoom
- Crowdsignal
If you need access to any of these tools, please ping @tt-admins in the #training Slack channel.
If you are interested in becoming a team administrator, please reach out to a team rep.
Onboarding/Offboarding
When an administrator joins/leaves, do the following:
- Request in the #meta Slack channel that they are added to/removed from the
@tt-adminsSlack group. - Add/remove their access to the Slack Canvas titled
Logins, Links, and more (July 2024).
